Comfortable access to Fushimi (Central area)

To reach Kyoto’s sightseeing spots, it is quick and comfortable to first take a train, then change to a bus if necessary, or walk to your destination. Check out the recommended routes and whether coin lockers are available to make your trip a smooth one!

■Access from Kyoto Station
It is convenient to use the Kintetsu KYOTO Line. Be careful not to take the limited express train by mistake, as it does not stop at Momoyamagoryo-Mae Station on the Kintetsu line. After arriving at Momoyamagoryo-Mae Station after a 10-minute ride, exit the ticket gate and go west along the street. The area around Otesuji Shopping Street that you can see in front of you and the area to the south is the center of Fushimi’s tourism.

■Access from Shijo Kawaramachi (Keihan Gion-shijo Station)
Convenient access from Keihan Gion-shijo Station. Note that the limited express train does not stop at Fushimi-momoyama Station. (If you take the limited express, you will have to transfer to a semi-express or local train at Tanbabashi Station on the way.) When you exit Fushimi-momoyama Station, you will find the entrance to Otesuji Shopping Street.
