Jidai Matsuri Festival, one of Kyoto's "Three Great Festivals" is set to take place on October 22nd (Tue), 2024.

A procession of around 2,000 people dressed in the style of each era of Japanese history will proceed through the main streets of Kyoto.

Paid viewing seats that offer a more comfortable experience to visitors will be available for purchase from September 10th (Tue), 10 A.M.

*A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the tickets will be used to preserve the festival.
