Heavy rain and Storm warnings have been issued (9 a.m. August 15th)

Heavy rain and Storm warnings have been issued in Kyoto City at 9:00 a.m. Aug 15th.
In addition, a Flood warning has also issued at 11:30 a.m.
*Heavy rain and Flood warnings are kept issuing in Kyoto City at 5:30 p.m.
