New Year's Day is just around the corner and many people are getting ready to start spending their holidays in Kyoto.

The temples and shrines are particularly crowded during this time of the year. In order to help alleviate the incoming congestion, portable cameras will be installed around the especially busy area of Yasaka Shrine. Live footage from them will be broadcast between December 27th (Fri) and January 13th (Mon).
