Gion Matsuri Festival's Yamahoko Procession Premium Seat details have been updated
Gion Matsuri's Yamahoko Junko (Float Procession), one of Japan's three biggest festivals; and arguably its most extravagant, is set to take place on the 17th (Wed) and 24th (Wed) of July.
Paid viewing seats are currently being sold for the Early Festival (Saki Matsuri) on July 17th and the Latter Festival (Ato Matsuri) on July 24th.
The details of services offered at the Premium Seats as well as general safety precautions and guidelines have been updated.
*A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the tickets will be used to preserve and continue the festival.
