All tickets for this year's Aoi Matsuri Procession viewing seats have been sold out.
No tickets will be sold on the day of the event.

If you are planning on travelling to see the Aoi Matsuri procession, please use public transportation.

Traffic regulations will be enforced on May 15th.

*In order to prevent accidents, please follow staff's instructions during the event.
*If you have purchased a paid seat ticket please do not forget to bring your ticket (there are no refunds).
*Please remember to stay hydrated and be careful of any symptoms of a heat stroke as it is expected to be hot. Please refrain from using parasols.
*In case it starts to rain during the procession please bring a raincoat with you. Umbrellas are not allowed to be used during the event.
