Please refrain from using rental car and take public transportation during the autumn season
When sightseeing in Kyoto during the crowded autumn season, please refrain from using rental car and take public transportation.
During the autumn tourist season, excessive concentrations of cars and traffic jams are expected to occur in the center of Kyoto and near sightseeing areas.

In order for everyone to enjoy Kyoto in autumn comfortably, please refrain from using rental (or your own) car and come by public transportation.
If you have no choice but to use a rental car, please park at the nearest parking lot from your departure place that near the train station, then take public transportation and get to your destination.
