Cycling Course (West Area)
Pick up a bicycle just a 10-minute walk from Kami-Katsura Station along the Hankyu Railway’s Arashiyama Line and set out north along the cycling road that runs parallel to the Katsuragawa River.
After riding through the Arashiyama and Kinkaku-ji Temple areas, pass by Nishijin’s Hirano-jinja Shrine and Kita no Tenmangu Shrine, heading south along Nishioji-dori Street.
Arashiyama can be crowded depending on the season, so please ride slowly!
