Gion Matsuri's Yamahoko Junko (Float Procession), one of Japan's three biggest festivals; and arguably its most extravagant, is set to take place on the 17th (Thu) and 24th (Thu) of July.

Paid viewing seats for the Gion Matsuri Festival's Yamahoko Junko will be available from the following dates:

June 3rd: General seats and "Soyokaze" (Zephyr) seats

May 20th: Premium seats

*A portion of the proceeds from the sales of the tickets will be used to preserve and continue the festival.
