“ENTER NOH” is a new Noh theater appreciation program designed for all audiences. In order to help even first-time viewers enjoy this ancient artform, a pre-performance introduction to Noh theater as well as the play shown that day will be given in English. Once the play begins, English subtitles timed together with the performance will be shown to the spectators.
Those who would like to learn even more can join the special backstage tour that gives its participants the rare opportunity of visiting the parts of stage usually unavailable to spectators. By taking part in it, you can view the costumes and masks used in plays while receiving expert commentary given by a guide in English.

Hours: The performance starts at 8:00 PM (doors open at 7:30 PM) *The backstage tour starts at 6:00 PM (doors open at 5:30 PM).
Admission fees:
- Backstage tour + S seat – 25,000 yen
- S seat – 12,000 yen
- A seat – 10,000 yen
- Student seat (unreserved B seat) – 3,500 yen *For elementary / junior / high school and university students.
