Warnings for heavy rainfall and flooding have been issued in Kyoto City. The current situation within the city is as follows.
Operating as usual: Keihan (with the exception of the Keishin Line), Kintetsu, and Randen trains; city buses, and subway lines.
Delayed: Shinkansen (Bullet trains), Hankyu trains
Service Suspended: Kansai Airport express train “Haruka,” limousine buses to Kansai International Airport, Osaka airport buses (from Kyoto to Itami), JR trains (Biwako Line, Kosei Line, Kusatsu Line, Hokuriku Main Line, Sagano Sanin Line, Nara Line)
*Only a limited number of local trains (stopping at every station) are running on the Kyoto Line and Kobe Line (between Kyoto and Nishi-Akashi). The Keihan Keishin Line, Eizan Electric Railway (Kurama Line from Takaragaike to Kurama), Kyoto Bus (to Ohara)

Closed to Visitors: Kurama-dera Temple, Kifune-jinja Shrine, Tofuku-ji Temple, Jingo-ji Temple
Area Partially Closed to Visitors: Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine
Change in Entrance Times: Sanzen-in Temple (9 a.m. – 3 p.m. , reception will close at 2:30 p.m.)
Not Currently in Operation: Sagano Romantic Train, Arashiyama Monkey Park, Kyoto City Aquarium, Kyoto Railway Museum
Closed to Thru-traffic: Togetsu-kyo Bridge
